If you should experience an unfortunate circumstance and are stranded on the side of the road, Hyundai's Roadside Assistance will be available to help you. It is accessible in all our provinces and the United States, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is available for a period of 5-years/unlimited km after the vehicle's in-service date (for 2015 model years and up and for 3 years/unlimited km for 2014 models and down); it can be extended through the purchase of a Hyundai Protection Plan [Extended Warranty]

What if my vehicle needs to be towed?

If your vehicle needs to be towed - even if it's due to an accident - just call Hyundai's 24-Hour Roadside Assistance at 1-800-268-9958. The driver will tow your vehicle to the nearest Hyundai dealership from the site of emergency.

 What happens if I run out of gas?

Hyundai's Roadside Assistance will deliver gas to you. 

 What is the Trip Interruption Benefit?

In the event a warranty-covered mechanical disablement occurs more than 100 km away from your home and your vehicle is disabled overnight, due to a repair in process, Hyundai Roadside Assistance will reimburse you for reasonable expenses, such as meals, lodging, or alternate transportation. Trip Interruption Benefit is limited to $300 per trip interruption. 

What is the reimbursement process for the Roadside Assistance Trip Interruption Benefit?

To have your trip interruption expenses reviewed for reimbursement consideration, please send a letter of explanation of your circumstances, and the original receipts for your eligible expenses (lodging, meals, and alternate transportation) to:

The Hyundai 24 Hour Roadside Assistance Program is a complimentary service provided by Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. The program may be amended or cancelled at any time without refund.

All information is current at the time of publication. All decisions of Club Auto/HYUNDAI are final and binding. Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. reserves the right to limit or discontinue services, if in the opinion of Hyundai there is abuse of the services such as claims becoming excessive in frequency or type of occurrence. Roadside Assistance is a limited service, provided to you to help minimize any unforeseen vehicle operation inconvenience. The Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labour, property loss or any other expense incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism or other items not covered by the Hyundai New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
